We offer reliable flat-rate shipping within the U.S. via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on distance and shipping service selected. Please allow enough time for delivery.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping options may change from time to time. Currently, we offer:

  • Standard shipping via USPS First Class mail for $3.25.
  • Express shipping via USPS Priority Mail for $9.95. Expect delivery to take 1-3 business days from time of shipment.
    Do you ship internationally?
    No, at this time we do not, but stay posted as this may change in the future!

     

    RETURNS

    We pride ourselves on our jewelry leaving our hands in perfect condition and arriving in yours in the exact same form. Accidents can occur during delivery, however. If an item should arrive defective or you change your mind, we offer refunds and exchanges. 

    How can I return or exchange an item?
    Please send an email to orders@daynadesigns.com with a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. We will respond with instructions for completing your return. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the product is defective. 

    When will I receive a refund? 
    Once we have received the item, the refund or exchange will be processed. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days until you see the refund in your account.
